Our client is an entity of an international industry company located in Luxembourg. Hays is looking for their future Business Process Manager - Supplier Relationship (job creation).
Reporting to the Business process owner, you will have the responsibility of the processes, systems and technology for the communication and exchange between the company and suppliers.
You participate to the continuous improvement cycle of the systems regarding invoice automation in the group. You will be in contact with dozen of share services centers in order to identify process gaps and put into place possible solution. You will closely work with IT department, business managers to improve processes and operational tools.
You will provide training and training material to internal customers or suppliers.
You will be in charge of the deployment of the agreed improvements and will manage change for the different actors involved in the processes.
In order to succeed in this function, the ideal candidate has at least 10 years' experience in procure to pay and has to be an expert in one or multiple purchasing processes/systems.
You have experience in project management, within a matrix organisation and being able to drive change and improve.
You have good knowledge on SAP MM / electronic data exchange / electronic Invoicing via SAP Ariba - very good process and data analytical skills.
Flexible and motivated, you have a real team spirit and can manage time effectively.
You speak English (C1) - another EU language is a plus.
